Prompt, courteous, hard working, and his prices were reasonable. Where some want half of your IRA to clean a couple of rooms, West Floor Carpet surprised me with very reasonable prices. They even came to my house before hand to have a look and give an actual price at my request a few days before the cleaning appointment. The technician was on time, he moved things that could be moved, he vacuumed first, and he spent the time needed to actually clean the carpets. We will be using them in the future and highly recommend you do too.
Roger did an outstanding job at cleaning our small bedroom which once occupied our cats litter box. He was able to remove the stains and smell altogether and had great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Rogerio did an excellent job, thoroughly vacuuming our sofa (and behind it) before cleaning and drying the fabric. He also cleaned 2 bedroom bolster pillows that did not come clean when the covers were sent to be dry cleaned. Everything looks better than expected. Rogerio is a very hardworking and professional young man. In addition, he is polite, interesting and friendly.

Highly recommend! Roger is very thorough and professional. He truly went above and beyond when it came to my carpet. Unfortunately my tenant did not take care of the house while they lived there. i’m very impressed with this carpet cleaning & customer service! Roger arrived on time and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time! this was my first time using any carpet cleaning service and i will be booking with west floor carpet cleaning again!
I was going to call Stanley steamer but shopped local instead. Roger was PHENOMENAL. fair pricing that he refused to change on arrival when the job was bigger than expected (I paid him more anyway). He cleaned a large 10ft sectional and 3 large rugs for me, (two pictured here, one finished one half/half ) and they're cleaner than new! They were soiled so badly from construction debris that I almost just threw them out. I will definitely use him again if ever needed AND tell all my friends!
